I ordered a chicken pho and it was the worst pho I have ever had. The broth had a strange smell, the chicken was low quality with green discoloration around the fat, and there were hardly any vegetables besides onions. I also tried the Thai milk tea which tasted burnt, like a cigarette. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

I am disappointed with the service we received despite the positive reviews. It was supposed to be a special birthday dinner for me. When we arrived, there were no tables available. The cashier instructed us to wait outside in the rain until a table opened up, so we decided to order take-out instead. However, a table became available right after we placed our order, so we sat down. The staff did not come by to clear the take-out order or inquire if we wanted to dine in. Additionally, they failed to inform us when the take-out order was ready. After expressing our frustration, we eventually received our order and left feeling upset.
