"Walked in at 440pm. No one said welcome in and there were 4 pieology employees present. They always say welcome in, but not today. My daughter and I waited 8 minutes before ever being asked what we'd like to order. The employees don't even make the pizzas with love and consideration of you returning again. I have been coming to this Victorville location since it opened. I do notice a huge turn over of employees at this location. I use to get the best service at this location. Unfortunately when the staff makes the pizza they make it likes it they last day working there. I would make the pizza likes it's my own. The prices go up and the service goes down. I met Azarian yesterday at Pieology and I was amazed at the customer service that he provided me and my family. He not only was able to assist in answering many questions (we were first time visitors), he actually presented such a welcoming and pleasant demeanor that made us want to return to this eatery. Azarian was a breath of fresh air! You're blessed to have him representing you! We will be back! Don

"I would’ve given the place 5 stars if it wasn’t for the horrible service we had. The waitress (Heather) came and didn’t even say hello or anything, she just went straight at it, took our drink orders, came back slammed the cups on the table and left… by the time she took our order we had already finished our drinks, we sat there waiting for our food drinkless. Our food came… now that deserved a 5 star on its own. Food was delicious, props to the cooks! Steaks and burgers were perfectly cooked and it had great flavor. My husband asked for some jalapeños, that never came… we ate half of our meal with still no drinks, until we were almost done eating she showed up again to ask if we wanted more drinks???We finished and sat there for a bit longer, overheard a nearby table telling another table the food is great here, but the service is not. I guess it sums it up right there…. We might come back just because of the food, hopefully we will have better luck with a different waitress!!"

"I've been here for about a year. I critique in the rule that eating here strange enough that it is in the first line a boba shop. but I must say that if they are looking for ramen specifically. I recommend this place for their braided blacks. a mildly sweet and extremely delicate swarm with a rich broth that. her drink is fantastic, freshly brewed with tea leaves and not powdered. the personal is friendly, friendly and welcoming. if they are looking for a Boba shop, this is the place to go."

"I love this place. It's so cute. You would of never thought the inside would look so nice inside. The food is amazing I like the mar skewers are soo good and the Mexican style shrimp cocktails, they are the right consistency of sauce, you really don't have to add more to it, it's perfect the way it is. I grew up in the high desert and always dismissed this place, definitely worth trying out it won't disappoint. The miches and margaritas are really good here too. This is my go to spot. Don't hate it till you try it."

"Yesterday for the lunch buffet there is pizza for the first time fresh, which they put up fresh pizza every 20 to 30 minutes. Very clean and friendly staff. You give seniors discount military discounts Monday are 40% outside certain foods that I forget, which I highly recommend going there."
