"I loved the food, the place was very nice to eat at. I had the end of brisket which was delicious, the collard greens were unbelievably delicious, the baked brussel sprouts were very good. My son had a hamburger, I don't know the name, but he said it was fabulous, and he had a brownie dessert that I tasted and was extremely good. I had the bread pudding, but was disappointed with that."

"I’ve come here for years and I always get a frozen 1950’s. This time I forgot to specify I wanted frozen vs iced and the barista didn’t ask me which I wanted either so she just put what she wanted on the order. Then it came out iced and I asked for it to be frozen instead and she told me I’d have to pay for a whole new drink. Completely unfair she didn’t even try to specify herself on the order either and I’m not paying for a second drink. Ridiculous service."

"My friend and I love this diner because it is very friendly, fast, delicious, and well-organized. We have visited all three locations, but this one is the closest to us. First of all, the staff is excellent - they all work hard and make sure to attend to each customer quickly. I have never had a mediocre server here, only top-notch service. Additionally, the food not only comes out quickly, but it tastes amazing. Our dishes arrived in just 11 minutes, and I have no idea what they do in the kitchen, but they must have a secret recipe. I highly recommend visiting your local Big Apple Cafe for some delicious food."

"The guy working there accidentally gave us an extra drink we hadn’t ordered and mentioned that we had already been charged for it. He took the drink back and assured me that he’d refund my card and suggested I check in an hour to see if the refund went through. He also said if the refund didn’t go through to come back through the drive thru. Unfortunately, the refund didn’t appear, so I went back through the drive-thru as instructed. When I explained the situation, they basically said, I don’t know what to tell you, and didn’t offer any further help. While I understand mistakes happen, I was hoping for a bit more assistance."
