Pizza King in Berne is the one place that I can not pass up when I’m in town. There has been several instances where I will make a special trip to get it. I no longer live in the state but do go all the way back there for pizza and breadsticks! Love love love this place! "AMAZING food and EXCELLENT service! I had the pork tenderloin sandwich with sweet potato fries and the most amazing sauce....not sure what it was made of but it was HEAVENLY!!! Then the waitress/owner said that all of our meals came with an ice cream and she brought us all a sizeable dish of either chocolate, vanilla, or swirl ice cream and it was SOOOOO good! "As McDonald's restaurants go, this one is the cream of the crop! Clean! Friendly! Food is obviously prepared with care! Great effort by this team! The only gripe is that they took away self-serve drinking fountains and condiments with the recent remodel. This move keeps the restaurant much cleaner, but only works if the service is attentive.
