When I say best steak I 've paid money for I 'm using a very broad measure of comparison. My wife loved her meal. My nine-year-old loved her meal. Other guests enthused vigorously about their meals from the next table. The atmosphere was warm, the service was excellent, but THE FOOD. My God, the food. This is the best restaurant in Caldwell. Their plaza neighbors included. The next time we go down to Indian Creek Plaza, I can assure you it is Grit 2C that we look forward to visiting."
