"A great addition to the dining scene, Prairie gives a modern twist to Italian cuisine which has become somewhat tiresome of late with all the cookie cutter Cal-Italian places out there. Started with the Italian greyhound cocktail which was perfectly balanced and refreshing. The burrata on toast was lovely as well as the pappardelle with beef cheeks. The server commented that it's a modern take on beef stroganoff which I had to agree with. Finally the beef short ribs were just as good as I expected. I could have eaten a huge stack of them. I'll be coming back, hopefully often"

Great restaurant for “new Italian” cuisine. The tortellini and burrata were my favorite dishes that we ordered. They also charge a 18% service fee on the bill, but don’t expect a tip

The chicken legs are so tasty! Also, the burrata and the fish roe dish there is some kind of homemade cracker that is unreal! Lots of windows make for a really nice setting I went with a girlfriend but would be perfect for a date.
