"I'd give Pronto a 4 star... they have good food, hoagies are great. Pizza is good. But if you order off grubhub be careful. I ordered a chicken Italiano sub on grubhub, says round roll with fries and a pickle. I only got the sub and it was on a long roll, no fries or pickle. The delivery driver had no idea of anything, told me to call the restaurant. (Driver worked for the restaurant not a grubhub driver) the gentleman i spoke with was saying it was grubhubs fault... which doesn't make sense. I've ordered several times from Pronto off grubhub before with no issues, I've always seen that combo available but never ordered it before. Luckily grubhub customer service was understanding and helpe...

The owner is a nice person. An older customer tried to climb the steps to enter the shop. He greeted them in the front door and directed them to the side where there were no steps to climb.

Since moving to the pennsauken area, Ive eaten here several times. Both in the restaurant and order out. My only complaint is if I order extra of something through delivery, they've forgotten it each time! The pizza is delicious and my spouse loves it here for years.

If I could would rate this place a negative 10! Took my order charged my card and never delivered my food! Called to check on my order 5 plus times and no one answered! Horrible I will tell my neighbors to avoid this pizza place at all cost! I will be making my way over to speak to the owner about this!
