"Was sadly disappointed in the restaurant food and service. Went here for anniversary dinner since we had been married at Waimea Falls 17 yrs ago. The description on the internet and name itself sounded wonderful. The food was dry and who knows how long it had been sitting out. They had very little salad, no bread or real desert. Seemed like nothing was made in restaurant but reheated food from some caterer. Plus, you could see the waiter area (prep area as well) and trash behind the buffet table. The restaurant experience was great. Even though we booked through Opentable, they had no reservations for us. We were seated anyway.

Very disappointing. It turns out that although we had a confirmed Open Table reservation, the restaurant is not open on Tuesdays (OT website indicates only Monday closure) Hotdogs at the snack bar were a poor substitute for the restaurant meal.
