Pueblo Viejo Mexican Grill

I had the fajitas and they were hands down the best fajitas I’ve ever had. This is coming from someone who LOVES Mexican food. Service was wonderful, our waitress was very nice and checked on us often. Will be back! Dietary restrictions: I asked for no cheese and no sour cream and they did my order perfectly! Mainstream, no frills, apparently family run place with great food. I use the chicken chimichanga as my test for every Mexican restaurant, and theirs was top notch just the right amount of spice with a few peppers and onions thrown in with the shredded chicken. The pico de gallo was also top notch, very fresh and flavorful. I’ll come here again if my travels bring me near. DO NOT DO TAKE OUT AND DO NOT GO ON YOUR LUNCH BREAK. As long as you’re not trying to grab something to go on your lunch break. Lol. They were in a huge rush for some reason the other day and there weren’t even all that many people in there. I asked for a full unsweet tea with a splash of sweet. He handed me a half and half which, for someone with hypoglycemia, won’t work. I would have said half and half if that’s what I wanted. I literally said 95% unsweet- 5% sweet. He took it back after thank god I tested it, brought it back, still too sweet. There was no way he was listening to what I was saying, let alone, doing as I had asked.
