"$21.00+ for a 14 mushroom pie (with a marginal pre-bake crust and two diet cokes. The service was terrible. The waitress was unfriendly when we ordered, when she jam-packed our leftover slices on top of each other in a tiny box, and when she followed us out of the restaurant and accused us of not paying our bill (meanwhile, she was practically standing next to the man my wife paid. Lots of awards posted for being in the Top 25 pizza places. For this place to make it, there could only have been 25 contestants. BTW, Pizza Hut is across the street. Save yourself some aggravation."

Pizza and salad were great. The blonde waitress was very angry that we came in late so she had to stay later. Even though we spent $60.00 on food and drinks and left her a tip we still got dirty looks and snide remarks Best pizza around but loose the blonde waitress!

"Last night in Peter Havens with my love was the service stellar, as usual. The food is always delicious and delicious. However, I was surprised that when the pan meerrot scallops were brought to the table, there was a very fishy smell. I am very special with seafood (my father was a deep sea fisherman). Although they did not taste fishy, the scent was so good that I gave it to my husband. We'll come back anyway. Just let the team know."

"Stopped in for a meal and this place exceeded expectations! It has a very Vermont feel to it. All vegan too, so if that 's your thing then please do yourself a favor and try this restaurant.I ordered the large chickpea plate with creamy herb dressing and raw cashew cheeze. ? Comes with two chickpea frittatas and home fries over a bountiful bed of lemon dressed kale, garnished with shredded carrots, spirallized yellow squash, and sunflower sprouts. Seriously wonderful the perfect combination of filling, nourishing, and comforting. Just what I needed this evening.Also, they sell individual slices of their pizza if you want to try without buying a whole pie. The crust is thin and looked gluten free, though I didn 't ask what the ingredients were. Definitely want to come back for pizza.Considered buying a slice of the house made cheezecake, but opted for a lion 's mane 60% chocolate bar (made in NY) instead, which the server said was really good. "We have been here three times and the food is always good. The service is always meh, as the person at the register doesn't seem to either want to take our order or wait on us. Apathy seems to have struck the wait staff. Don't let it dissuade you if you're looking for a good sub or pizza though."

"Echo is our beloved 'local'. We live in Brattleboro and often come here to relax, feel at home, enjoy great food and drinks, and be cared for by the friendly and professional staff. We are always greeted with warm greetings, excellent care, wonderful food and drink and sometimes even fantastic live music! I can't make life here in a dear little Brattleboro without our beloved echo. Go away from home, but just go down the street."
