"Stopped in for lunch this afternoon, was a little to warm to dine outside, so decided to dine in. Been awhile since eating here. Was greeted and given a table. Ordered my drink and gave me some chips n salsa....which was delicious, had little bite to it, just how i like it. I was looking for something different to eat, so I decided to try their De La Casa Ceviche....I'm so glad I did, ong this dish was so delicious, comes with, fresh sliced avocado, tomatoes and cucumbers and orange slices as well as your choice of crackers or tostada shells, I choose the later....Ceviche tasted fresh and diffently a lot on the plate, well worth the money. All I can say is, I'll be back....Food n Service we...

OMG happened to find this place and had lunch their food was amazing and so was service. The price wasn't bad either.Would definitely travel out there again just for lunch

The tacos here particularly the steak tacos are exactly what I have been searching for in the area: simple and flavorful! The drinks are hit or miss (and charged differently) depending on which staff member serves you. Take out $1 tacos (Tuesdays through Thursdays) is the way to if you're on a budget. Sitting down for a meal can get pricey, but it is a nice experience the chips and salsa are top notch. Why only 4 stars? Inconsistent billing pricing drink strength.

"Unsure of why there is a burger named “the Alamo” considering the ingredients on it , some may take offense to it . Also, when the staff takes the orders they tend to rush, or make you feel like you are ordering too much food? Like it’s somehow their inconvenience. Poor attitude . "Been here twice in the past month. First time it took more than 30 minutes for our food and drinks (hot dog, corn dog, fries, slaw, and root beer) to be served. Today was about a 15 minute wait for two hot dogs, fries, slaw, and fried mushrooms. Although the food tastes pretty good, it takes too long and you get 6 (SIX) mushrooms for $4.39 plus tax! Better off going to Luke’s in Mundelein!!!"

"I used to love this place. Creme brûlée cheesecake was good and meat lasagna was alright. Not as good as it was. The sauce tastes different. A bit tangy and a bit to sweet at the same time. They no longer have servers for dine in. They have seating where you can eat your food out of to go containers. Prices went up. Probably due to the pandemic. They still give a descent amount of food."
