First, let me say when we walked back to our table. We were told our server would be a girl named Abby. After 15 minutes or so no one came to our table. We asked a girl who was training a young man. If she could find out who our server was. There was some sort of mix-up. I guess the girl that was supposed to take care of us wasn't even punched in yet. Let me tell you this girl. Samantha, we kept calling her. Sam, she was working in the front of the restaurant and continuously came to the back to make sure that we were properly taken care of. There’s shows like the bear with amazing people and then there’s restaurants like Red Robin Schereville. Not once but twice they’ve purposely messed up a DoorDash order which is expensive!! And a clear act of aggression by one of their employees. I check the receipt and I’m clear about what should and shouldn’t be on my burger. This time I asked for my toppings w/ extra so they don’t forget and they purposely added something I didn’t want. And didn’t put something I requested. So disgusting.
