"I ordered a drink. It took the waitress almost 30 minutes to come take my food order. I ordered a redmond burger, rare, regular fries, and a cup of olives. I got a blue rare burger (I like blue rare but it is not what I asked for), seasoned fries, and the olives were forgotten. I asked the bartender for the olives. He forgot for a while then remembered and brought them to me. The waitress never checked up for drink refills or anything. She stood around by the front door, chitchatting with the hostess. The food was average. Nothing special. Flavors didn't really pop or anything. The beer was good. Terrible service. I had to go ask for my bill because they apparently forgot I was there."

If a local restaurant is going to use the city name, you hope it represents. I have eaten at RBG over 40 times over the past decade and have always been happy. Go to: Fish Tacos, Bomber Burger (any burger). Always great staff

This restaurant had some enclosures out on the sidewalk to accommodate patrons with dogs; a nice touch in my opinion. The service was prompt and friendly. The food quality, however, was rather poor. The meat in the French Dip sandwich was livery in flavor. The slices were too thick and were poorly trimmed. I encountered far too much fatty gristle. The meat in the hamburgers had the same issues with toughness, fat globs and bony bits. Forget the fries: limp, greasy and dark.

I've been a regular customer of RBG. Today I took 3 folks there for lunch. We arrived at 12:45 and ordered shortly after. We waited 45 minutes for our meal and it was cold when it arrived. We weren't updated while we waited for our food. When we inquired we found out that there were 2 new people in the kitchen. I understand there's a learning curve but if they couldn't handle the number of customers, they should have limited how many they were seating. Doubt I'll be a regular customer going forward.

"Honestly, there is some good food there but very few options. This is a good place if you are with someone who is not vegan. But, it is called homegrown and I just feel like it’s not marketed the best. Sounds like it’s going to be way more vegan friendly, when most of their food has meat in it. It says sustainable on their label when having meat, including steak, is never sustainable. I’m getting to a point in my vegan journey that places that have some options but mostly meat, is not somewhere I want to frequent. Definitely getting sick of any “healthier” food place deemed as vegan friendly, when this really isn’t. But also, I live in Seattle so I have high standard. If you live out here, this may be just a handful of places you can eat, and if that’s so, go for it"

"I recently dined at your establishment and, while I was looking forward to a pleasant meal, I encountered some issues that I feel need to be addressed.Upon being seated, my party and I experienced a significant delay of 25 minutes before any staff member approached us. It appeared there was some confusion over who was responsible for serving our section. This lack of attention made us feel overlooked and undervalued as customers.Additionally, the overall atmosphere suggested that the staff was under a great deal of stress, which may be indicative of deeper operational challenges. The impression was that the restaurant is struggling, which is concerning for patrons who expect a certain standard of service and dining experience.I am providing this feedback not out of dissatisfaction but in the hope that it will be constructive. I believe that with better communication and organization, the dining experience could be greatly improved for all guests.Thank you for taking the time to read my concerns. "I order here frequently, multiple meals to eat over a few days. I adore the Roast TomTurkey Dinner and Meatloaf af Dinner but have also order fish dishes, ham, breakfast, soups, sandwiches, steak, etc. I love the soup of the day and have never been disappointed in a meal. Eating here is soooo much better than fast food, and only marginally more expensive. Two huge thumbs up!"

"Best Indian restaurant in the Redmond area. Great food, quality and portion sizes. Also had an above and beyond service experience this evening. Went in to get a Chikoo milkshake and it turned out they ran out of it. The guy at the counter apologized and offered to refund or let me pick an alternate dessert. Picked carrot Halwa and he surprised me with a complimentary mango lassi along with it. While a small gesture, it does go a long way. Kudos folks"
