"I don't rate this restaurant a 5 because of the quality of food. In my opinion, the previous review was correct that the portion size is small compared to the price you have to pay. However, it is the best place in a tri-county area to get Italian food so well. I have half order lasagna, salad 2 breadsticks for 12$ The salad was iceberg salad, a cucumber slice and two cherry tomatoes. But the homemade Ranch Dressing was amazing and I ask for cheese and she brought some. The lasagna had limited ham, but I love it. My breadsticks were a bit hard this time, but normally they are delicious and soft. My friend got chicken Alfredo and it was the first time that one of us had tried it and it was better that my lasagna! Overall, I recommend this restaurant for a good quality meal, only imagination they are a little expensive. My total value was $33 for half-sized meals a tea."

"We were not sure where we wanted to eat this night, so we moved to the Drive-Thru menu and immediately I knew that I had to eat specifically at Arby, they had a big picture of their advertising burger, the EVER SO AWESOME WAGYU STEAK BURGER! My husband decided he wanted an orange cream shake. It was all delicious. Now to the only drawback I know are not the crew members mistakes, they were also amazing. For 2wagyus, 2regular beef n cheddar's, a 20 oz shake and a sequence of curly pumice with cheese was $40 ... Therefore I give only 4 stars, but it was just about prices, everything else was amazing"

"I always get a caramel macchiato most mornings. I always get it revised. Well I was in Virgina working and stopped in Wise, VA. The lady at the counter was nice because me and coworker went yesterday evening for McFlurries. So I asked for no caramel and ifthey had low fat milk or 2% . This lady came over rude no it comes like that as if she had a bad morning. I asked her areyou alright are you good? She said yea are you all smart. I go to McDonalds faithfully but this lady should not be in CustomerService. If you have problems or have something going on leave at the door because your attitude or rudeness on someone else isnot hospitalable. SHE SHOULD EITHER BE IN THE BACK MAKING FOOD OR SOMEWHERE AWAY FROM CUSTOMERS WITH THAT ATTITUDE.The rest ofmy stay in VA I 'm either going to Starbucks or Wendy 's.
