"We had a big anniversary afternoon tea there. When we arrived, the tea room was almost just us, people came after the afternoon. They offer many loose leaves of tea choices, and many are child-friendly and with healing or improving the health effects. We ordered high tea and an afternoon tea, filling for both of us. We had no lunch and a light breakfast. And then we went all the calories we took in such a walkable city. Much to see. Parking in the nearby parking lot. A reasonable price, too."

Really enjoyed tea here with a friend! We had a great time with the selection of teas, the charming service and the delicious food. The staff packed me a few teas to go home that were not already available in the store. The waiter was so friendly and made the whole experience more pleasant. Very recommended for tea in Annapolis!

LOVE this historic Tavern and 1747 Pub. Atmosphere truly feels like George Washington ate slept here. Bring young children to experience history. Menu variety is well suited for everyone. The menu is currently the same in main dining areas and 1747 Pub. Friendly service. Unexpected live music in 1747 Pub. You'll love it!Food: 4/5

We brought my mother-in-law here for my birthday and it was absolutely perfect. Appetizers and entrees were all delicious and the cocktails were perfect! The margaritas are amazingly fresh lime juice and just a hint of agave for sweetness. Everything in a charming, historic atmosphere. Cleo, our server was so cheerful and fantastic! We'll be back soon! Thanks for a nice evening!

"Hidden treasure, It was my wife's birthday and everyone made the day very special. We enjoyed the food so much. "First delivery thru GrubHub. Came punctual and correct. The food was met and delicious. The twice cooked pork and Mongolian beef both are unique in this business (compared to a particular restaurant above the street) and they exceeded our expectations! The pig was fresh and covered with vegetables (typically I only saw cabbage and peppers) the beef actually tastes like beef that was supposed to be. The veggie roasted rice and chicken stall are good. My only complaint (which is not really one) was that the veggie egg rolls were small and made me four instead of just one wish. Driver was friendly and respected the mask option in GrubHub. Thank you. I'll be back for more!"

"another birthday party calls for another trip to the rathskellar. very busy at night so first noise level was a little high, but quickly reduced how customers finished. our birthday skirs had chicken carvings, my wife was the debreziner and I again the cordon bleu. all were excellent. our potato cakes were a bit cracker than normal, but also delicious. our server was excellent. he always appeared to be the right time, which seems to be a consistent plus for this restaurant, as I have noticed before, and always enjoy the gitarist who puts his own spin on the songs he plays. all in all the beautiful evening. are looking forward to a return journey over the coming holidays."

"After many years of desire came here. First, the place is beautiful. Second, the staff was so nice. After all, the food was delicious. We didn't order the buffet because we generally don't like buffets. So the bad reviews of the buffet not phase me. He ordered the currylamm and I ordered the curry shrimps. We asked for medium Spicy, and that's exactly what we did. It was delicious and we're going back. Oh yes and one more thing, you CAN Park in the crowd next to what we asked."
