Rib City is consistently fantastic! The food is delicious, but it's the staff that really sets this place apart! Stephanie is the best server we've had in a long time and we'll definitely be asking for her section from now on!

Ribs were not quite as fall off the bone as advertised, but we're still pleasingly tender, great flavor even without any added sauce, and a good proportion of fat to lean.
