"Not very impressed. It was ok but definitely nothing special. I had the Jam Burger on recommendation that it was the most popular. I was hoping for a wow factor with the homemade hot pepper strawberry jam and was very disappointed. Nothing was hot about it and as you can see from the photo it was just a smear on the side of the burger. The Texas toast was room temp cool. The couple of bites I had that included the jam were the best part but that’s not saying much. The fries were ok, but just fries. Everything could have used some seasoning. The burgers secret is the meat. Super flavorful! The rest of the menu is extensive and everything is tasty! Worth the stop. I will be back!

Excellent food, great pricing. Kids loved the cheese fries. Very family friendly and laid back place to get your comfort food! I only wish there were better parking options for camper trailers. With so many camping options nearby,

Was at the St.James store 4-15. Not very good. Kitchen was very slow. There was a table that came in after we had ordered was waiting for there food and the manger went over and apologized for their long wait. He never came over to talk to us. It was like we were inviable to him. We had been waiting much longer. Food finally came out as not worth the wait.

"we went to the restaurant with an emotional companion dog, 2 of us 5 were veterans. we said that we were not able to sit in the interior of the owner's son, so we were accompanied by the pavillon. we were frustrated and pressed it as such to the waiter (again, the owner sohn) and then to the owner when she came out to ask what the problem was. we put our thing to the test, she accused us of being racist. in no case was that expressed. we said we were leaving. instead of just going, the owner then called the police to us as we were here, we explained the situation of the police. he gave us a recommendation for a better restaurant and sent us to our way. never again will I ever walk in this apology of a restaurant."

"Great BBQ in Cuba, MO. Huge amounts. We had the 4 oz Pulled pork and 7oz Brisket. Both were moist with great flavor. We liked the smoke sauce the best but they offer 6 or more other sauces to choose from. They offer vinegar based and mayo based slaw. Tried the mayo based slaw, just above average. Also had the German potato salad. Big thumbs up on the taste and served warm. $34 prior to tip. The service was fast and the team was super nice. The inside of the place takes you to a make believe barn or stable. Cool effect. Lots of room. Was too full to try the Blackberry Cobbler. Took some for the road. It was MMMM! Worth stopping by and trying. Will be back for sure!!!"
