"The food at this restaurant is generally good and the service staff is pleasant. However, there is an issue with making reservations. The restaurant has an excellent atmosphere and serves top-notch food. Our dinner was amazing. We hadn't been since they relocated to their new spot, and it was a huge upgrade. The ambiance was fantastic, the staff was great, and it was definitely worth the expense. We give it a perfect score for food, service, and atmosphere. Dining in for dinner costs $50-$100 per person.

My family and I ordered take out from Ristorante Castello tonight. I decided on the filet for $48.00. (One of the pricier dishes) The reason why I bring up cost is due to the quality of the dish. I received the filet with 10 green beans and that was all for the meal. For this cost, you would expect a better presentation and quantity of food. I called the restaurant to speak to the “acting” manager and her response was, “This is how we serve it in the restaurant if you were dining in”. No other explanation and no apology or the want to please the customer. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. See the picture attached.

"we have been here for about 3-4 years quite regular customers, but after what happened tonight we will return again. came to dinner 1/19 for the birthday of my friend. the food was in order, the problems began only after we got our sack. on christmas eve, my tante gave us two $25 gift certificates, we had decided to go to pho thai nam tonight because we wanted to use them. when my aunt visited the restaurant on December 23rd, she clearly remembered to be a bit confused because the person in register had given only her two paper slips in two envelopes (no plastic card included). She asked the hired whether this was all she needed (because the paper stripe some of the card was ready to use the order number and the exact date and the time of the time they had bought. when we tried to make use of those we had given, we were hit with an rude answer from both managers who repeatedly found that there was nothing they could do. each time we asked a question or tried to explain the situation, and that my tante never got a plastic card at the time of buying this gift we received with repeated excuses from the managers who claim that they could not view the purchase in their system (either there was a order number and card ID on the slip printed that they both gave us in total honesty, we try to explain the situation that we gave out in total honesty. my tante has made two received gift purchases here is just $50 now because they did not give the cards of the hired? I understand that it is a difficult and annoying situation to do with, but with, how bad it was treated, I would not feel comfortable supporting this business further."

"The whole night was wonderfully starting with the parking service in a beautiful and warm atmosphere to a delicious meal and a few drinks to the big jazz band. Service was great Thank you Tim, our server was always at the top of things to make sure we had everything we needed."

"Will likely not return. The waitress knocked over a full glass of wine causing the glass to shatter and cover my friend in glass shards and wine. The manager never stopped by to check on us and ensure my friend was ok and they charged us in full not even one round of drinks was comp’d. Poor customer service."

"Tony’s is the best at least 2 meals a week of old school house cooking like my family when I was a child. The pizza is the best I'll put Tony's burger against any burger in the world. he has a personal cheese Steak Stromboli, which is like a big cheese steak with roasted bread your man Tony and if Tony is not there it is not skipping a blow because his son Vinny ensures that it is always quality"
