The restaurant is way understaffed. Each worker was helping everywhere they could, but it was impossible for them to keep up with the work demand. Their ability to maintain pleasant attitudes amidst customer complaints was impressive. However, the food at dinner was average at best, and the wait time was very long. The food at lunch was more impressive, but they were out of some menu items. The food at breakfast was absolutely amazing!

Everyone is very pleasant and the food is good, but they are understaffed. We had a reservation made several days in advance. The hosts were busy helping servers so they cannot focus on welcoming guests and we ended up waiting 35 minutes to be seated an they sat us in the bar at a high top. This was an afterthought and we did not get attention. There was a booth in the main dining room that we asked about, but since it was not cleared they said it was not available. We enjoyed the food, except for the appetizers and the server was very nice, but not the experience we expected at an upscale steakhouse and for the price.

Made a reservation for 5:15 but showed up at 5 since I know they can get weeded. The hostess was absolutely awful. There was only one table seated yet she told me I was early and would need to wait. Directed me to use the restroom outside of the restaurant instead of inside and dealt with several other customer issues while my family waited. I had to insist to be seated. Again I cannot adequately explain how rude and unprofessional the hostess was and how that set the mood. Fortunately Our waitress was very nice and professional.
