"This is a restaurant we have eaten at before and been happy with. However, we went on Saturday and were extremely disappointed. We first had to wait almost 40 minutes to get a table, which is fine- its Saturday night so we understand. Then once seated the waitress was bubbly and good with the kids. Was also attentive in the beginning. We got Mac N Cheese for the kids and then for husband we got the Prime RIb special and then I got the New York Strip. Great service! Nice people! Loved that there were no mask mandates. The Turkey Bacon Melt I ordered was cold (I was expecting a hot sandwich. I wouldn't order it again. It was just so so. The fries and Mudslide were great! My hubby loved the Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo.

It was OK. Apparently the food served is controlled by the server. Our table was only offered breakfast and when I asked was breakfast all there was the answer was yes. The table next to us with a different server was able to order from a larger menu with lunch entrees.

"Easily top 5 best meals ever. Went last Friday for birthday weekend. I had ribeye with bone, hashbrowns, spinach salad. Spouse had pork schnitzel with avocado salad, squash and grasshopper drink. Apps were fried asparagus. Wow! Everything excellent. Then our waiter Shane was amazing. Friendly, attentive and helped us order when asked questions since our first time here. "The waitress was beyond amazing, loved her to death! Food was sooo good, I had a chicken strip meal and my wife had a T-bone steak and eggs and oh my was that food awesome or what! We chose here because many years ago while visiting the Dells as kids my grandma took us there to eat and made some good memories with the statues outside and the neat style inside the restaurant, as she is no longer with us we made it a point to relive some of those memories we made with her and this place was definitely not a let down."

"We hemmed and hawed about eating at our resort or headed out to try something. Let me tell you, if you're in this same situation, come here. Their burgers are fantastic. I had the rodeo with a medium burger, cheese curds, and slices of cheese with bbq instead of ranch. It was awesome. Absolutely would come back here in a second. "We were visiting the dells and wanted something unique. The Dells has a lot of chain restaurants so it was nice that they had a unique place to eat. There is lot of variety which is great. Our food was still hot when we brought it back to our airbnb which was 8ish minutes away! Noodles were al dente and there were cheese pulls throughout the whole meal. It wasn't too overwhelming which I was expecting it to be but of course it's going to be filling, heavy and greasy, it is Mac and cheese. It paired great with cholula hot sauce. If you take it to go, you'll have to ask for it for on the side. Next time I go to the dells, I'll be coming back!"

"First of all, I really wish I would've taken pictures but we were so hungry that we literally inhaled it. LOL. Second, I'm from Chicago and am very particular about what people call Chicago pizza and Chicago hotdogs. I must say, this place is legit. The Chicago dog was perfect all the right toppings (onions, sliced tomatoes, hot peppers, perfect dill pickle slice) and mustard. Only mustard. Plus the steamed poppyseed bun! The sausage and Italian beef combo was also perfect. I also really appreciated the Wisconsin touch deep fried cheese curds. The only thing I wish is that they had Coke products instead of Pepsi. Otherwise, this place is awesome."
