"So was trying to get a footlong Philly delivered across the street from this location. They said 10.99 was not enough to deliver for, so I asked them if I added a small pizza to the order if that would cover the cost for delivery. I was informed by the fellow whom I assume must be named Chip, that they do not deliver small pizzas at all. I said not even with a combined order? Was told no. I asked to speak to a manager and he said sure. Then, he laid the phone down and continued to have a long conversation with a fellow employee. Leaving me there on the phone and never once requiring about any manager. I know this because I could hear their conversation clearly. This all happened on 2/17/22...

The manager was great! I came in when they approached and he still took my order and he let me eat inside! I appreciated that! Not to mention the Italian sub was very good!

The staff at Roma's off of Sherron Rd. In Durham, NC went above and beyond customer service! I called, 4 minutes before close on Christmas Eve. The staff took my order anyway! AND the food is awesome! Thank you again I HIGHLY recommend this Roma's location.

We have enjoyed pizza from Roma's for several years. The first thing we noticed when the pandemic began was that no one was wearing a mask while working in the restaurant. I even called and spoke with a manager regarding this. He assured me the matter would be addressed and taken care of. We went back a few more times but again no mask seen on workers. The pizza also started going down hill with less and less ingredients, cheese and toppings added to the pizza. Sadly, we no longer go there for these reasons. Hopefully they will make some needed changes and get back up to speed one day.
