"I had celiacs for over 10 years and this is the best gluten-free pizza I had and easily the best in the area of Triangle. I'm driving for about 45 minutes, but it's worth it. I ate there about 10 times and never had a reaction. The owner takes the cross contamination seriously and was always great to answer questions I have. They also make a custom BBQ chicken pizza (my favorite pizza) that is super. I also think that the GF meat lasagna is delicious. We're lucky to have Rosalini in the triangle zone and I encourage you to try it, especially if you have a gluten allergy. It's worth the ride from Apex."

I didn't have the pleasure of eating a good pizza since my Celiac diagnosis... Now! Greg, the owner, makes the best gluten free crust I have ever tasted! My children had a regular pizza and declared it the best. I will definitely make the trip to Rolesville often!

The food here is really good. I had her pizza and pasta. You also have numerous gluten-free options that are good for my wife. She had the gluten-free Hawaiian. I tried a piece and I didn't know it was gluten-free, wouldn't have known the difference. The staff was always friendly.

AMAZING gluten-free options. The owner has celiac disease. Very friendly and helpful staff. You will get a gluten-free pizza in any size (we have an XL). You have homemade GF tea. My pizza was much bigger than my men regular pizza, haha. It was exciting to have such a large gluten-free pizza. Everything was delicious! Loved also the gluten-free garlic bread! They obviously also have many gluten-free desserts. We have to try next time. Enough to bring my family here as many of us have celiac disease! Thank you.

"if they used to like eating in the old school fish camps back into the day with the bergens of fried seafood, but the grown up in them want a place that is modern, clean and very friendly, that is their place. I think we can all agree that we want a seafood restaurant that doesn't smell like a fish restaurant. the eating is fresh and good, the staff always makes them welcome, and hey they are open all day so my recommendation is hit the place about 4:00 clock and they never have to wait for their eating at all!"

"I have liked eating here for a long time, now I can say I truly love this place. Here is why, on the night of June 6th 2023 a girls softball team we coached was playing in the ballpark behind the shopping center. As it was the last game we had wanted to eat after the game. The complication was the game did not start until 715 and would not end until 845 the restaurant closes at 10 on weeknights. I had checked in the day before to make sure they could accommodate the players and parents. They said they could work with us but try to get there as soon as possible. Well as luck would have it the. Game was late starting and ran long so it was a little after 9 before the first people could arrive. The manager had called to see if we were coming and I really thought he would say they could not take us. As it turns out he kept his staff there and was able to get everyone served and even had a special table for the girls set. The food is always good, the service is always quick and with a smile. The fact that they were willing to work with us to make that night special for my group means more than they know"

"I tend to go there at least once or twice a week and get one or two hot caramel macchiatos. The staff is very friends and quick to serve you. I even called one day right around closing because I couldn't be there before closing and the young ladies still took care of me. Great establishment."
