"I was suggested to try the ribs there so Juneteenth they were open 1 of their 3days a week. There was no sauce on the fries as I asked and very little sauce on the ribs so I had to order buy extra sauce and was asked by the worker how do they taste as I tried a rib? They were not good to most people who don't barbecue and know the difference in charcoal grill versus a commercial wood oven to bake ribs that many franchise bbq restaurants use to not burn any has less flavor,.I was very disappointed like at BB Kings on Beale Street in Memphis Because that's not how to barbecue great ribs for real The packaging wasn't professional and the restaurant looks bad I wouldn't suggest that restaurant...

SMH. It doesn’t get better, even when asked. Unfortunately my hopes for what once was a great barbecue spot where you had to take a number because the place was packed, now it’s drive through and order surprises . The ribs with fries are disappointing . I have gotten undone ribs red at the bone undone, then there’s the dried more bone than meat resembling scraps why serve this to a customer? Just disappointing. Their customer service is absolutely wonderful but the quality of their food is ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTING AND I NO LONGER SPEND MY MONEY THERE. I specify freshly cooked fries LOL NOT ALL WERE SO I AM GOOD. Can’t hold onto to WHAT ONCE WAS.
