"Very good food. We were two couples just having a nice dinner together. Our waitress was very good. My only complaint was the hostess tried to seat us at a table for 4 by the hostess station which is right by the door to come into the restaurant. We asked for a different table....and they accommodated us. We did have reservations and from what I understand, that table was assigned to us when we made our reservation. Thank goodness we could get a different table. The proximity of tables in this restaurant are very, very close to each other."

We were there on Mother’s Day, and the staff was beyond swamped. 45 minute wait for salad, which arrived warm, another half-hour for entrees, beer that was billed as draft but wasn’t... many service issues. On the plus side: food was very tasty, manager apologized and gave us complimentary desserts.

I love the pizza at SaZa. 99% of the time it is a fantastic experience. The last visit it appeared they did not have enough staff for a Mother’s Day weekend. That is not normal for them. I highly recommend SaZa and will be back. An extra plus, John, who now works at the bar, knows I love lasagna. When they make lasagna (not a regular menu item) he will call my husband or I. Great place!

"The evening could have gone so much better. First we were brought another tables food. Second I received my steak and it was not cooked properly. I asked for medium and it was rare. It was taken back and my husband finished his meal before my plate was returned. Third the steak when it returned was still not cooked correctly. We were given a dessert but we still paid for a rare steak. We were also almost charged for drinks we did not order. The dessert was very dry and gave me the impression that it was either made somewhere else and frozen before serving or old and reheated. I did speak with the manager but feel like we could have been compensated so much better. Out of three visits to Central I have only had one good meal there. For the amount you pay for eating there I expect much better service and food."

"I've often used open tables and never had problems. We have booked Droad-Café by Open Table for Valentine's Day. I have a text from the open table per day or two after booking to confirm the date and time. When we showed up D Road Cafe, they said they had no record of us. They say that open tables do not communicate with them for reservations. This is a problem between the open table and the restaurant that needs to be repaired. The cartridge has no idea that they can't get a reservation."
