"If I could give lower than one star I would!! I have never been treated so bad in my life at any place, as I was on the night of the march 20th. The lady working the casino area was so rude she even ran the vacuum into my chair twice didn't even say anything. She grabbed the ticket right out of my hand when i was handing it to my husband. We were never asked if we wanted anything after she was told by another waitress that my husband was waiting to cash a ticket she still took 5-10 min to help him. The only time we saw her was when she told us it was about time to close. When it was time to go she treated me and my friends and my family like garbage, awful. I have worked customer service my...

Yesterday in the morning I was hanging out alone, so I just have something Sharis samplar there pretty good I love it:

Once again we came to Sharis and asked for makayla to serve us. We come for the cake, but stay for the amazing service. She always goes beyond and beyond for us and can say that she is so with all customers. I saw short staff in every remnant, but I saw them check several times for the surrounding people, although they did not serve themselves. Very friendly here and everyone has a great attitude.

"Food is excellent! I had the Shrimp Baja Style Burrito. The shrimp was huge. The chips are small and delicious. One for dinner. Note: The place is a bit difficult to find. A little bit smaller. I don't care about the size, but the food... just wonderful. Very recommended. They opened a dine in the restaurant, see picture."

"Welcomed addition to the Newberg scene. There was a little confusion on who our server was initially. A couple of mistakes with the table setting and a menu issue. Very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. I had the Croque Madame, it was delicious with the egg perfectly cooked. My friend had the Spicy Oregon Shrimp Tartine, she really enjoyed it. It was a pleasure having English sea salt table side, but I had to ask for it."

"Went for dinner on a Saturday evening and were presented with the weirdest service experience in recent memory. We realized that we hadn't even seen our salads after an hour. Then salads and mains came at the same time, only after being pretty vocal about our meal. Ordered a glass of Pinot Gris, and will never know what was actually delivered. It was the only glass of orange pinot gris I have ever seen. Entrees, when finally delivered, were cold and bland. Empanadas were absolutely tasteless. Two of our party had ordered 2 glasses of pinot noir to be served at dinner, but nothing was delivered. When asked, two glasses of GSM were brought to the table. those were returned.The waiter apologized multiple times, with no improvement to the service. The manager/bartender/ possible owner? tried to fix the situation by stepping into help, but it was too far gone. He then ended up comping the drinks delivered to the table, some of which had been ordered, some not.The food at Sub-Terra is Sub-Par. The service borders on comical. Where are these 5-star reviews coming from? It was the worst meal from every possible perspective that any of us could recall."

"Their happy hour is amazing! Food quantity is absurd and it’s delicious. I ordered the chicken fingers and tots for $7 off their happy hour menu and there was enough chicken for 3 full chicken sandwiches as they were basically breasts they weren’t actually tenders/fingers at all! They were very moist and crispy. My partner ordered the burger and he loved its flavours. It was also sizeable."
