"We have been going to this diner for many many years and last night was absolutely the last time we will walk in the door. It had nothing to do with the food and rather everything to do with the service. We called ahead as we were coming with a large group and when we arrived, there only three filled tables, so there was no issue and we were spread out around multiple tables in the restaurant. Enter the most disrespectful, rude and awful waiter I’ve ever encountered in my life. From the moment we sat down, he excused us of stealing and spoke to us like we were children. Classic old style diner with comfy booths and chrome everywhere. Food is great and the staff is friendly and competent. I had a side Greek salad with my chicken gyro, and the gyro was so big I could have made 2 meals out of it! Baked goods looked fantastic, but I'm watching my waistline: My honey had breakfast for dinner,and his 2 eggs looked like 3, the pile of bacon was huge and so was the waffle. All that with 2 beers ran about $38.00.

My visit at the Silver Moon Diner was great! 1. I chose the perfect time of day on a Saturday mid morning just before lunch. Nonetheless I had no delay in getting a table. The Hostess was friendly and likewise my waitress. Overall my service experience was great, but regarding the food, I gave it 4 stars because the home fries lacked flavor and were grilled (blackened-close to burned). Suggested to the Cashier-Hostess that they could use some seasonings and onions. My garden vegetable omelet with feta cheese was perfect and quite tasty!!! I will return. 5.20.23

I will NOT be returning here , me and my stepmom ordered the silver moon breakfast, i ordered scrambled eggs, home fries pancakes, with sausage, which i didn't eat the sausage and as u can see the scramble eggs was a complete turn off and the potatoes were burnt and dry , the manager did give us a discount but still paid the full price so where was the discount included in at. Secondly stop trying to get over just cause one or many like ur food don’t mean everyone is going to be satisfied, As customers we have rights too, we don’t have to pay for food that we didn't eat nor was just plain disgusting. "I must say I was very happy with the offer of food and service. The team here clearly keeps things all night as in the span of 90 minutes I swear I saw Bailey bang from 120 or so drinks to not mention that the rest of the bar staff almost so many. Bobby took care of us and recommended the Peruvian chicken and added Salmon to my sisters Salat. The deviled eggs with crabs was brilliant and the roast was a great end and glad I went with a dessert. In any case, more will try. I recommend being at the bar and getting some great liners with the staff."

"Hands down the best Chinese restaurant in the Baltimore metro area, better than PF Changs and Chopstix less the sushi. The portions are huge on the combo platters and way under valued. The service is fast and friendly. I see some people complaining about the 18% gratuity which is for parties of 6bor more. I would consider 18% a gift since we never tip less than 30 to 35% for this EXCELLENT establishment. They have been serving the community for over 30 years for a reason. We were so happy to finally being able to dine in again because we come from Sparrows Point so nothing like eating hot and fresh but with that said their carry out travels well. Door to door from our house is about 20 minutes and the food is always good however the breaded meats are better when eating here."

I understand that there is a trainee right now answering phones and trying to understand the daily functions but the second person I spoke with as well as the manager I spoke with; didn?t care to help me with my order. I said I preferred to have my order delivered and just because they couldn?t deliver to me, the manager wanted to cut the conservation short. I was NEVER told why I couldn?t complete my order. I would have picked up the pizza. I was never given that option: Everyone I spoke with was unprofessional to a certain extent but I also understand being new and never working somewhere so I?m not trying to blame the new employee but I do blame the second person I spoke with and the manager. "I read all the reviews and decided to try it... absolutely the worst Mexican food I've ever been served. My fajitas were not sizzling they were actually on a bed of cheese and rice.. vegetables on top weren't cooked at all and the chicken was a grayish color... I order fajitas not a fajitas bowl....I couldn't eat this garbage!! The gnats were abundant in the restaurant!"
