"I am from Pennsylvania and I should've known not to go to an Italian restaurant in Texas! Even the feel wasn't Italian. The server was nice enough but didn't know much about the menu especially the sausage! Well l am going to be nice and just say it's not my cup of tea. The Marinara sauce was tasteless. The pasta had a strange flavor. I ordered garlic bread and I think it was French bread cut in half no garlic or it was powdered. The flavors just were not there. I am in Texas and I should have gone Mexican!"

"Oh my gosh the food was AMAZING! Hot and made to order. I didnt want one of the options that came with the dinner and they swapped it out with no issues. The catfish was cooked perfectly and the breading was so good! The staff was so sweet and patient as half of our party had never been there. 100% would eat there again."

"Working in Brownwood, Austin. Google recommended this place. Come here. Amazing jewel of a restaurant I didn't expect. I had no reservation and was at the bar. Friday at 7:00. Jared was a great host and his employees all seemed on the same side. Great hospitality with easy conversation, but not intrusive. I checked it, but in annoying way. I never felt pressed to order quickly, eat quickly or delete. vaulted ceilings, large air circulation, pleasant smells and many turtles decorations. Felt safe like spring. Extensive wine and spirit drinks menu, European to Asian cuisine and, of course, some American staples. I had the Korean Bolgogi (sweet BBQ stripes) with rice patty and oriental bulls. The coating looked very neat and appetite. Put the beef on rice and a bit of carrot/cabbage on beef, eat in so shaped bites. Great taste. Try the will (Japanese whisky). Snake is great with food, somehow purifies the taste between the bites. Every morsel tastes like the first taste. I'm not in candy, but they really have imagination and inspired Gelato. I spoke to the owner, she's also a jewel. She builds the place and you can say that she has a passion for food and experience. Very recommended."

"I’ve been ordering through DoorDash due to unfavorable situations the two times I did dine in. This time, I had a complementary coupon dinner for two due to their inability to produce my Cajun sauce on numerous occasions for the fish and shrimp duo (8) piece. I get home, and I have squash in my order, something I have never eaten in life due to an allergy exposed at childhood. I call to explain the issue. The lady could not hear me at first, so I repeated myself as she requested. As I was trying to explain what was incorrect about my order she rudely interrupts to tell me what the receipt stated as if the ordering staff could make no mistakes. Upon me trying to explain that I order this same exact meal at least 2-3 a month, she interrupted me again to tell me what the receipt said and that she was just reading what the order stated. At this point, I asked for the gentleman that had helped me earlier since I was forced to go inside to pick up the complementary dinner and a lemonade to begin with. Next thing I know, music starts to play. I decide it was best to head back to the location while still apparently being on hold. As the Manager (Mexican male) gets on the line I let him know who I was and that my order was incorrect. I advised that I was on the way and wanted to file a complaint against the female staff. I get to Cotton Patch #40 and speak the the male that had helped me the first time. The girl that I assumed spoke to me was right next to him. I let him know that I wanted an apology from whoever I spoke to on the phone and wanted my order fixed. He wanted to take the entire order back and make a fresh one which I declined because that wasn’t necessary. All I wanted was my broccoli rice cheese casserole and nothing else. I also wanted the young lady to come speak with me. During this time, I didn’t realize the lady that was next to him when I first walked in had already walked away. So, as he left to retrieve my broccoli rice cheese casserole he brings her back. I just told her I didn’t appreciate her disrespectful tone when I was trying to explain myself. She lied and said she told me to please hold and that it wasn’t her with the tone etc when I had only spoken to one female when I called back at 11:58am alerting them that the food was incorrect. She continued to try and make excuses and justify that it was not her. I then asked for them to go find this other magical person then that I spoke to. The manager and this girl both walked away. The male manager then came back with a white male who did introduce himself but I was so beside myself at this time that I cannot even remember names. They kept apologizing for her behavior and clearly did not want me to leave a negative review. They reassured me they would handle and gave me the small town speech and how word travels. I decided to leave a negative review after they asked for my email address to “send me something” but nothing ever arrived. So, I will not be back for quite some time. Hopefully when there is a new turnover. I will encourage all my friends and family to do the same and to take their business elsewhere where they are respected and treated with dignity. I don’t like being lied to by three people just so I can go away and so they can avoid a negative review."

"This Whataburger always has a line- like most do, cause we all Love Whataburger ! I get it! Hahaha On a rare occasion, I got there no line, I got down... the ladies working there were so nice and helpful, really refreshing! Got everything I wanted and then some! Their pies, burgers, fries, teas, are soooo awesome! My wish was complete! Haha. Such great service and friendly. I appreciated it! Great restaurant! I’m sooooo glad they have a Whataburger here, one of the best burger chains here in my opinion! You can never go wrong getting a burger here!"
