"The restaurant doesn't take reservations so don't use open table, just show up. It's an order at the counter style place, with only a few tables indoors. Our party of eight only managed to seat everyone because we beat the dinner rush! The smell of the place drew us in as we approached. Our party of eight was unanimously impressed by the food. Everything was fantastic, the brisket, ribs, pulled pork, but especially the smoked salmon. The hot sauce was HOT, even the medium be warned. The sides were good too, I really liked both the collard greens and the brussel sprouts (skip the cornbread). The staff was friendly too, we'll all be back!"

My favorite BQ connection! The ribs and brisket are special favorites and each page is wonderful, but we love especially the beans, Mac's cheese and crowned greens. Try the Chocolate Pecan Pie. Service is fast and super friendly and the owner always makes you welcome. I warned my husband a little birthday party at Smoke and the guests are still talking about the great food.
