when we first sat in the line, the hostess continued with a lingerie brush to remove the dog hair from her clothes and calmed that she had 2 dogs. no good first impression. the food was fair, and I had to go back to the service area to get the bathroom that was left out of our order. many of the elements in the menu were not available. I wouldn't recommend it.

we have eaten here on our visit at the maggie valley and had always enjoyed the food and service. the good news is that eating is still excellent. the chicken parmigiana my wife was cooked exactly right and the sauce had a good taste. I chose lasagna mostly because I could not decide what else to order and knew that my wife would share a little of her chicken parm. I had the lasagna here before and it was not disappointed at this visit. it was a perfect combination of pasta, bark meat and wonderful cheese!
