"First time getting food from here after passing by the restaurant for probably almost 10 years. It was a big disappointment. While our son 's pizza was decent- no complaints, our grinders were not good. My eggplant parm, supposed to be toasted and the bread was just warm on a hoagie kind of roll vs a true grinder roll that gets nice and crispy. This was the least of the issues though. The very thin few pieces of eggplant were barely breaded and far from crispy... it was wet thin slices of cooked eggplant that had absolutely no seasoning and maybe the tiniest amount of cheese. I got the chicken franchisee with pasta, however they sent me the chicken franchise with a side of ziti and marinara. Why would somebody order chicken Frandsche’s which is a lemon butter and a side of ziti with marinara sauce?.
