"We had Southern Smoke BBQ for our wedding. I have never been happier that I chose Brian and his staff. The food is INCREDIBLE? ever since we tried it we can?t stop thinking about the food and wanting more. Not only that but Brian is so relaxed to workwith and so incredibly understanding and always responded to us with any questions we had. Wish I could hire them for all myevents and whenever I?m having events in Vermont I will 100% be hiring them again."

Ribs and enchiladas were delicious. So we're the beans, veggies and corn bread A+ all around. Awesome take out dinner.

Southern Smoke BBQ is the best BBQ in VT! The food is to die for! Brian is easy to work with and delivers a quality menu! I had the pleasure of working with Brian for work events and my wedding!! SSBBQ can do it all!

We ordered from Southern Smoke for both our rehearsal dinner and our wedding dinner. We eloped in Vermont with a very small group of friends and family and Southern Smoke did not disappoint! We had a taco bar for our rehearsal and the bbq for ourwedding dinner. Brian was so easy to work with and the food was phenomenal! I honestly never thought I?d find BBQ like that inVermont!! Would recommend 100 times over!

"On point. COVID-19 seating accommodations were excellent. You actually feel like you have the place all to yourself at times. Went for lunch and they are now serving their special Bistro menu from noon on. Drinks were super good... Service was just right. Hanger steak was delicious, tried the new oysters Po Boy sandwich. Concept itself was good but to be 100% honnest the fried oysters were a little bit fishy and possibly not super fresh. I totally get it with stocking/ordering shellfish during the covid slow down can be tricky. Remulade was interesting, sweet and almost fermented but I personally think a homemade mayonnaise ailo or fresh dill tartar sauce would be better. Just my foodie two cents here. Overall a great experience."

"our food was delicious. but we had a reservation and sat first up as the stairs were full. we were the only people upstairs, and after good 5 minutes without attention my man went down to check. then we could sit down. we waited again, ordered weeping and dinner and waited again. the wee came with our dinner, not what we expected (we enjoy the dive of our wein while we wait for our order).) the server seemed to recognize the mistake when our food was served, and said he thought we wanted our wein with our food. not sure how soon we're going again."

"We often visit our daughter in Burlington. Pascolo is one of our favorites. The food is just wonderful. The homemade pappardelle is my favorite. The atmosphere is friendly and cozy. We use online reservations for seats and we never have to wait. We always had a good service in Pascolo, and this last time was no exception. We'll be back!"

My group and I stumbled upon this gem by chance, and we’re so glad we did.The staff members were knowledgeable about the menu and assisted the vegan and gluten free guests, making wonderful accommodations. Our gluten free friend LOVED the Chicken Korma. We were all able to dine with confidence , knowing there was something special for everyone to enjoy. We will definitely be dining here again!Vegetarian options: Vegetarian and some Vegan curry options. The staff was able to help our vegan friend navigate the menu to suit her needs. "I had a delicious breakfast here! I could park in front of the restaurant (single parking can be paid on the parking mobile app). We sat upstairs, which was spacious. The only harmful part was the bees that flew around (assuming they came down as the front door was open). I had the jump start #3 with black coffee. Very recommended!"
