"This is my place! Quaint, and land or diner style food. My favorite thing was after the meal when I asked where the toilet was...”Yes Ma’am, it’s out right around the corner!” It was spit spot clean! Small place, oh, and home-brained sweet tea! What I ordered was Hamburg steak, roasted green tomatoes, macaroni and cheese, with a maize bread muffin. Under 6 bucks all made fresh. Yeah, I love it!"

"We were passing through and decided to check out a mom and pop joint. A cool atmosphere, our server was a little forgetful but very friendly. We got the chili cheese fries, with cheese burgers. And the fries are made in-house but are a little bland. Canned cheese, with what looks and tastes like canned chili. I wouldn't recommend that. However, the cheese burgers were a lot better. I was a big fan of the sweet potato fires. Do not get the coleslaw. It tastes like pure mayonnaise. It needs either more vinegar or sugar to make it better. I'm always a big fan of places like these because they are dying and they are worth saving."
