"I drove from Prosper to try some Pho because I couldn't find any I liked in Prosper or nearby areas. I spent $90 on food and was very disappointed. I ordered a few large veggie Pho with meat added. I am a loyal customer of Sprouts, but I have been disappointed with their customer service and food quality recently. I called around 8:15 to place a quick order, as I knew they closed at 8:30. However, the young lady who answered insisted they were closed that day at 8 and abruptly hung up. This kind of treatment is unacceptable. While Sprouts is convenient for takeout on Broad Street, I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Unfortunately, my initial review was removed so I am reposting it now. We ordered takeout from this restaurant. The bags were tied closed, so we didn't think to inspect the food inside. Unfortunately, we received plain chicken and brown rice instead of the teriyaki chicken we ordered. We were very disappointed and will not be returning. I highly suggest checking your order before you leave. I have taken a screenshot of this review for reference.
