"I used to love this place, but not anymore. I went there yesterday to treat myself to lunch. There was no air conditioning on a 98 degree day. The person who took my order didn't take any notice that I ordered a Thai iced coffee (which apparently isn't on the menu). Instead I received NO drink, not even the water I had asked for. Absolutely rude woman at the front counter. I called my order in, was treated with indifference. I picked my order up and it was sloppily put together and half of it was missing. My thai tea was given to me in two different cups unmixed. The girl at the counter was sharp tempered and acted as if I was lucky to be there. Too bad because I used to love this place.

Service The service was poor, the grumpy counter girl was rude. She asked us if we were ready to order 3 times in 30 seconds ignoring our asking a moment. She doesn't know how to say please or thank you. Food The food was hot and fresh, but the quality was low. I love greasy food, but not noodles. There were few veggies and tons of low flavor sauce. There was zero spice. The fried appetizers were okay, but the sauce was bland, neither sweet nor spicy. Illness On the 15 minute rode home I realized I was going to be sick.
