"I?ve ordered travel pack through my starbuck app and got in to this location 5 minutes prior. ?Karen? the store manager told me it?s being prepared, I?ve waited about 10 minutes but didn?t see anyone preparing travel pack so, I asked ?Karen? the manager how come no one?s preparing my order? ?Karen? the store manager told me she didn?t see any travel pack in her system so, she didn?t asked any of her employees to prepare. At this time it was already 25 minutes past original preparations time in my app. I showed ?Karen? the store manager my receipt she now told one of young lady who was very nice to prepare my order without saying it was her mistake. at this time my colleagues from the office...

I just went to this Starbucks today and got my usual order, a Dragon Drink with light ice. After I placed my order I waited about 10-15 minutes, which was surprising because the place wasn?t busy at all. When I got my drink, most of it was ice AND the drink was tasteless and watered down. I was really disappointed and won?t be coming back here again.

The only thing that gives them one star is Jade at the register, except I didn't get a receipt. But she was very sweet and patient. I waited for about 25 minutes after placing my order and that's not a problem except ones my order was done I didn't know because the guy just placed it on the counter. He didn't say a name or anything had I not gone up there to look and touch all over drinks that could have possibly not been mine I wouldn't have known my drinks were ready. One that should be a real health concern for yall anyone could just touch and mess with others drinks because yall aren't making sure it goes to the correct guest. This is the 3rd incident I have had at this location in 1 mon...

"This review absolutely breaks my heart... ?Let me start by saying if it had not been for Nina, I would 've walked right back out! The new management has turned this place into a very uncomfortable atmosphere. The vibes are off and inconsistent with the place I once fell in love with. And the food fell a bit short of expectations.As a regular customer, I used to feel like this restaurant was my go-to. The food was always delicious, especially the clockwork cocktail and escargot. No one in all of Metro Atlanta made this drink the way they did. As a sommelier in training, I definitely knew the difference. It was literally so good I would drive from Atlanta just for the escargot and clockwork. HOWEVER, now, under this new management (specifically Cloe, although I think she lied about her name as she hesitated and rolled her eyes when I asked her on my way out), things are just inconsistent and unpredictable.Mind you, this is the same person who told me she couldn 't seat me in the corner booth because it was reserved for someone with reservations. I laughed because I can recognize misery when I see it. No big deal. I informed her that I had indeed called and made a reservation and would like to be seated there. Anyone with a toddler/child knows having a little wiggle room for your child to play around in is a lifesaver, especially when they 're Montessori raised.As a forward thinker, I just believe that in the long run, some important improvements can be made for this place to be as successful as it once was. Overall, I just feel like maybe a shift in service personnel is needed, along with a little communication from the previous owners about their menu ingredients. Maybe? I don 't know, I just know that this rude little girl Cloe needs to go. She 's the first impression someone will meet upon walking in, and it 's definitely not a pleasant experience.Thank you, Nina, for being genuine and personable. I am definitely grateful for your presence."

"I visited this restaurant for the first time today and it was so amazing! it is scary to taste a restaurant for the first time and joanna made it such an amazing experience! the garnelentempura roll is very tasty, and I have the ultra spicy rams that was also good and the chicken breast. I will be back in any case! I will say with covid, it is probably best to take the food to go because of the limited sitting opportunities in the restaurant."

"After hearing so many great things about Craft, I was told by the general manager at 8:46-8:47 that they were closed for the night. After telling him I traveled out of my way to try Craft Burgers he still insisted policy was last order 8:45. Which I missed by the max two minutes. I am very disappointed that this was my first experience. I was NOT GREETED, nor did I feel welcomed. Regardless of the time a customer should feel welcomed especially when they are coming to spend money. The General Manager insisted that last order policy is listed online. (I was on my apple mobile phone and the website wasn’t the best nor was the policy as visible as them advertising their burgers and everything else on the menu). I Understand policy and I understand I came within 12-13 minutes of closing, but even though I did not leave being able to experience Craft Burger A warm welcome and smile goes Long way! This is coming from a foodie who has been to plenty of restaurants not only in Atlanta but across the nation and other countries.Not sure if I will want to try Craft Burgers By Shane after this experience. Wish them the best but not cool. They are in the burger business and not costumer service so maybe I am overreacting."
