"This location is one of the best. I walked in today got my coffee and as I was heading out the door two young guys got my attention to let me know I dropped some money. As I went to pick it up I dropped my coffee spilling half of it. The two men immediately handed me napkins and insisted on getting me another coffee. Both of them work for Starbucks. I love how they genuinely care about their customers. Thanks to Kris and the guy that helped me. You guys along with the amazing staff made my day!"

I finally used the app to order ahead, glad I did so just before I got there because I could see my drink was done and sitting for a sec. I ordered a nitro cold brew, with caramel cream foam, so delicious. Last time I went though I ordered a frappuccino that thing was too chunky and I couldn't enjoy it.

I dropped in yesterday and ordered a drink I hadn't really tried before at Starbucks. Unfortunately I hated it and wanted something new. I hate complaining at all, but when I asked for something else the employees were super kind and helpful! They gave me my normal drink that I like and even refunded me the difference in price with no problem. Thanks so much! Awesome customer service!

"the description of this place as “multiple” vegan rolling is misleading. the vegan menu is massif – it has 31 different vegan nigiri and roll to choose, with items like vegan crab and thunfish plus a lot of interesting appetizers and escape. we came here with our five years old and she inhaled the potsticker, crispy inari and japchae (not japanese, but still delish, while my man and I are stuffed on the spicy california; dragon; crispy vegan; and “order them first think later” rolls plus several nigiri. everything was so delicious. I've never seen sushi as a vegan. an unexpected jewel in lacey!"

"Overwhelmed by takeout with low to no din in. As a result, it is obviously not good for employees or patrons. Mediocre. Don't get sushi. By the way: there were a number of new din in the customers. My expulsion was in a bag, in the window, within the arms to reach and paid. While the staff took a wire over the phone, I let the people in the line know that I wanted to know the staff that was my bag, they could quickly hand over and out (after waiting 5min). She told me these people were here first, so wait. So I said, or I can just walk around and grab it. She said, Okay, whatever I did. Everything I'm all right with. Except her food shows the same amount of disregard."

"The service at this restaurant is the worst. They completely messed up my pick-up order. I called to let them know, but was told to come back in. When I returned later, they were closed for lunch and I couldn't wait. Today, when I went back, the girl working there was incredibly rude. She asked for my receipt and the date, even though the lady I spoke to previously should have had my name. As I tried to find my purchase on my phone to determine the form of payment, she impatiently said she would put in my order first before I could leave. Once again, my order was incorrect, leading me to suspect it was intentional. I left the restaurant giving her the middle finger for her excessive rudeness. These are the various times I reached out to them: when I initially called in, when I called again after finding the order was wrong, when I arrived and called from my car because they were closed, and today when I arrived and had to go inside because my name was not written down from the original call."

"If you enjoy sushi, then you will absolutely love Trappers Sushi! This restaurant is located in various regions throughout Washington and it seems like they are constantly expanding. Their sushi rolls are filled with fresh and delightful ingredients. For those who are feeling adventurous, they offer an all-you-can-eat option to try a variety of their unique and extensive selection of rolls. The prices are similar to other sushi restaurants I have visited, with the lunch all-you-can-eat option priced at around $25 and the dinner option at $35. Individual roll prices vary. I highly recommend Trappers Sushi and I plan to continue returning time and time again!"
