I called and spoke to a staff member named Jadira, who informed me that the owner wasn't available. When I asked to speak to a manager, she told me that there wasn't one on duty either. Then, Jadira had the audacity to ask, "What do you want?" Excuse me?! Is that really your idea of customer service? I explained that I was stuck in the drive-thru and late to work because they couldn't manage the order correctly, and she argued with me, claiming that the customer kept changing her order. That was a complete lie! They kept messing it up. I told her that they owed me a burrito and that I wouldn't be paying for it. She basically replied that they didn't owe me anything. I said I would see if the owner felt the same way. We shall see!"
