"Additionally, when I asked the employee for salad dressing on the side for my co-worker, they told me that wasn't allowed and seemed to have a condescending attitude. It shouldn't be that difficult to fulfill simple requests. What’s the point of offering salads and other meals if customers can’t customize them to their liking? Isn’t that the essence of good customer service? Perhaps they should reconsider their slogan, “Have it your way.” I'm genuinely disappointed with the service I've received, and I believe others feel the same way. Until they make improvements and understand what customer service truly means, I won’t be inclined to return."
