"Ordered 4 subs and all were inedible. Flatbread was not cooked on one. 2nd one was missing the bacon and the chicken was never cooked. The last 2 were coated with mannonase which was not ordered. When we called (ordered pickup) we were told we should have been more specific when we ordered online thar we wanted the meat cooked since we didn't want the bread toasted on the chicken sandwich and we should have asked for the Flatbread to be cooked. Will never eat there again as they serve unsafe food! Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50"

This location is a contender for the most rundown Subway in Iowa as well as the least friendly staff. This location is unable to accept/ process credit cards so bring cash. We picked up 5 sandwiches for lunch at work. Everyone's biggest complaint was that the bread seemed left over, certainly not freshly baked. Sandwiches were very light on meat and cheese. The price seems excessive for what we got.

"From places of visit to Iowa was decided to stop a lunch in the area. I said the lady, I wanted chicken she asked beer crushed or flour I asked her what she suggested she asked if I crispy one I said so beerbatter is what she proposed. Ernie was undecided between veal or roasted pork tenderloin, a her homemade tenderloin suggested. We also had creamy potato soup. When the food came, the soup was the best we had for soup. Then the food came when you're hungry, that was your fault. The food was excellent homemade. Was by far the best food we ever had in a restaurant. We took half of our food home. I recommend this place for everyone. Very homemade food. The Pwaitstaff was great that we didn't try any dessert cause. The prices were great."

"Large homemade French pommes and buffalo chips. If you are a Philly cheese steak and bread-denderloin fan, you would like to add Obie’s to your list of places to eat. We stayed here on the way to Maquoketa Caves State Park and we are glad we did. Big little hometown restaurant."

"The rooms are very clean and nice. I loved all the antiques around the lobby. The hotel is not handicapped accessible and there's no one around to ask for help getting bags up the stairs. I couldn't find a usb port anywhere to charge my phone. This was my first time at a b&b so maybe my expectations were too high for breakfast. The first day the choices were microwave sausage biscuits, yogurt, frosted flakes, fruit loops, bananas, chocolate chip granola bars, and hard boiled eggs. They didn't restock the breakfast room for the next day, so no hot breakfast (all the sausage biscuits had been eaten the previous day) and there were still empty/dirty milk pitchers sitting in the same place as the day before. I wasn't impressed, but the rooms were very nice."
