"If I could give no stars I would!!! Horrible interaction with lady at the front limited my toppings on a steak melt which I have gotten before and they let me have as many as I wanted! She had an attitude when I asked her to put chipotle sauce on my sandwich. The sandwich was not melted at all actually cold in the middle which was gross!!! Tried to contact store manager 2 times no call back. I also called subway feedback no response! Don't waste your time money. People are rude with attitudes."

The hours noted on Front door indicate business opens at 9, it is now 9:36 and she is just opening door. Horrible business practices! Please prepare at least 30 minutes prior to opening!!! Never coming back again

I wouldn't recommend this restaurant unless you're okay with finding hair in your food. Both of the sandwiches I ordered had hair in them, which was incredibly unappetizing. When I spoke to the cashier about it, all I received was an "I'm sorry." I wasn't given any information about how to reach the manager. I definitely won't be returning here.

I'm giving this restaurant 2 stars because the staff were friendly, but they really need to improve on their cleanliness. We're in the middle of a pandemic, and it's essential to keep everything sanitized. I was searching for a clean table and thought I found one, but as I was eating my sandwich, I noticed it was dirty! That's not acceptable. I'm sure management is aware of the negative reviews, so I suggest they take action and address these issues properly.
