"I have always enjoyed subway. From when I was young it has been a go to spot for me. Since moving to snow college in august, I have bought sandwiches from the Ephraim location once or twice a week. Different subways have better food and customer service. The costumer service at the ephraim subway is generally amazing, only a couple of times has it not been outstanding. The speed of service and price is very reasonable for a small town. The added convenience of a drive through is also a positive. The sandwiches are well made and tasty, also I have never been told no to having extra veggies. I would highly recommend the Ephraim subway as a spot for lunch. Especially for broke college students...

We showed up 20 minutes before closing, and they had already locked the doors and refused to service the drive-through. We knocked on the window, and they absolutely REFUSED to give service. They literally shook their heads at is saying they would not help us.

Today I was waiting in the drive through for so long my car battery died. It was very frustrating I didn’t even get to order and there was only one car ahead of me. I understand that it takes awhile especially where u have to build the sandwiches but this had me baffled.

Food and service was fine. We were stuck eating in our car as the lobby was filthy. Not a clean table to be had and the floor looked like it hadn’t been sweep in hours. We were disappointed after traveling that we didn’t get a chance to have a break from being in the car.
