Best brisket I've ever had! All the food was good but the brisket definitely stood out above the rest! Staff was awesome and the atmosphere was very neat! Will definitely make this a stop next time I'm in the area.

The potato salad is awful. Pulled Pork was ok. I'm not really a fan of Sugarfire, but they are great at supporting local people when there is a devasting event in the area (flooding a couple of years back). So, when I'm at that end of town, I try to stop in. This is a locally owned business, and I try to support local businesses when possible.

Review for Sugarfire Smokehouse I recently visited Sugarfire Smokehouse with a friend and had an overall excellent experience. The restaurant offers a wide variety of options, ensuring there's something for everyone. The smoke rings on the meat were subtle, and the tenderness and juiciness of the meat were impressive. I opted for the brisket dip, which came in a generous portion. While the taste was delightful, I found the amount of cheese to be overwhelming and ended up removing about half of it. "Went to dinner last evening after not having been there about one year ago. We understood there was a new chef and the menu had changed, but the new menu is unrecognizable, and half the size of the original: nowhere near the amount of fish or it’s variety of preparations, no tasting boards which were a signature of the restaurant), the popular chicken saltimbocca is gone, and the appetizers and sides are different and unimaginative from the original. I realize a new chef would want to make his own mark, but there is no reason to upend an already successful menu. On the positive, the service and ambience were fabulous. "I had a last minute (night before! Easter lunch order that I placed online. Our family plans fell apart and with a sick dog I didn't want to go home, decided to check to for two people. It was so easy to order two ham plates with mixed sides at a very reasonable price and I am grateful for this service! It was perfect for two people and the food was very good. Most places have a contract termination several days before a holiday or a minimum order for 6-8. The ability to order individual records in the last minute saved the day. The two employees I spoke with (one on the phone, one delivered my food short page were so pleasant, especially on a very busy holiday and I am also grateful for them. Thank you."

"Very strong value in the lunch specials here at around $10 including soup, small spring roll, crab rangoon. However, 4 star quality. The drunken noodle was a 4/5 on flavor and quality. Needed more Thai basil and vegetables, and the tofu was overcooked. The included crab rangoon was tough and dried out, certainly way past any discernable tastiness it may have once possessed. The included spring roll was small and bland, nondescript Chinese food quality. The included soup wasn't bad. Tasted very strongly of chicken broth with a few carrots and scallions tossed in. Could have done without the weird little ground chicken bits mixed in the rice at the bottom. Restaurant owner, just save your money and skip the low quality chicken bits, and use chicken or veggie broth in place. I might return to try the curry, but it's pretty clear what the value proposition is here."

"Troy's, Best Mediterranean cuisine and everything is delicious. Easy access from 141 Big Bend Road and worth the ride. A must see. Once you visit, it's a sure thing you'll be back again and again. Some of my favorites entries are the Khachapuri filled with either beef, chicken or spinach cheese. Greek salad, Kebab salad, Gyros, Philly sandwiches with beef or chicken, Borek, Tilapia and you've got to try their fries. I am a regular customer because it's so good all the time. I do not consider it to be fast-food, but they are quick to feed your hunger. It is the best keep secret in restaurants for miles around."
