"I used to love Sushi Bistro but we went for dinner recently and based on that meal, I will likely not go back. First, I want to start with the positive. We requested a table ahead of time on Google and I would like to say that our table was ready with no waiting. Staff was nice. Now for the bad, the food was soooo disappointing. All meat, in all ways we were served, was over cooked. The tempura shrimp in my sushi was chewy. I ordered the kids teriyaki chicken bowl for my son- chicken was so overcook he couldn’t even chew it enough to eat it so he pretty much ate nothing for dinner at the restaurant. Fish was basically frozen. Flavor of the sashimi was so so for frozen fish. Had much better just about everywhere. Real disappointment.

This is one of my favorite places for sushi. The restaurant is a lot of things all in one. It could be considered a romantic spot because of the lighting and atmosphere, but I'm also not afraid to bring my child here. The food is really good and the service is even better. They have a large variety of sushi rolls plus bentonite boxes and bowls, which are my favorite. This has become a regular favorite place of mine to dine. It's a bit on the pricey side for my wallet, but it's about the same as the others. I definitely recommend this spot as a place to stop for a bite to eat or to try some sushi.
