I can't help, but wonder how much business this place could get if it's a food truck or another location. but I feel that the owner will stay in the mall no matter what. he was opened by kovid, and now during the massive construction. I say that as a compliment. he's very driven! this place is a hidden gem. we love eating, but we love the smoothies more! best boba around these parts. sometimes I even call ahead and until I am there, my order is ready for me."

Ordered to-go and the food was prepared really quick. Everything was fresh and the portions were good. Place is tucked in the back is the mall area, but easy to find. Ordered the pho, fried rice, summer rolls and pork banh-mi sandwich. All were tasty and the pho broth was very flavorful.

it's my first time in nac and I was looking for good food. t sandwiches got amazing reviews, so naturally I had to check it. we drove to the most shady mall I've ever seen and went in. it is a beautiful little hole in the wall. the thai tee boba smoothies were delicious. we also ordered the spring rolls, chicken beans mixed sandwich, and the grilled chicken with steamed rice. everything was *cook kuss* perfection! definitely come back!
