Ordered grab and go from app and when went to pick up, the lobby was closed. There were people inside, being let in by staff. Since I already paid for order, I went through drive through. It took over 30 minutes and then my order was completely wrong. Staff was confused about order and took three tries to get it right. They were not polite and seemed more interested in goofing off. I dont usually have problems during the day but the evenings are terrible. Especially the drive through.

They clearly don’t want or need your business since the app makes it very difficult to order. I usually prefer mobile orders and TB is one of the worst for fast food in the area. This location has been out of Baja Blast for a while. TB has a monopoly on Baja Blast and won’t let other businesses sell it and yet they choose to be out of stock?? Too many app bugs.
