can not dip, doors are always locked. not sure why they don't open the dining room anymore! Shouldn't we just get rid of the dining room if we can never use it as a consumer?

the service has really declined in the last few months, it was good earlier. tried 4 times in the last few months to breakfast. twice there was a cone that blocked the drive-thru as soon as no one ever came to the loudspeaker to order, and once they claimed they were out of ice and it would take 30 minutes to make more. 4 strikes, you're out, you won't be back for every meal.

I'm so tired of being a door lock, and if I'm just a customer, and you can't even be peoples through the journey through less than 30 minutes. absolutely cruel. either close or rent them more people and open the lobby. it is literally taco bell, what in the world is wrong with this company and those who run it. I feel so bad for the one or two people they employ, because all their incredibly terrible business processes fall on them, while their gm and regional managers get to collect their pimps and do nothing to help the situation.
