"Never coming back again. I think I have come here at least once a month for the fast few months and I keep expecting to get the same food that I get from other taco bell locations. I'm finally throwing in the towel and giving up on this place. Quesadillas always end up with nothing in half of it and the middle two wedges have a small amount of meat and cheese. Also ordered 2 crunchwraps and neither had any meat on them small bit of lettuce, no sour cream... I just don't know what I'm paying for. I don't like coming home and bringing this food to my family and seeing disappointed looks on faces."

The line is usually a bit long in the Drive-Thru but they've never messed up my food plus they have Baja blast so what more could you ask for realistically.

my cashier Jenny was such an amazing person she was so sweet and told me back my order and was patient with me i loved her i went through the drive through 10/10 would recommend her to anybody!!

the food quality is still the same I guess, unfortunately they only have a self-order, self-care area and do not have someone running the register most time so that the line to get to the self-service device can go to the door.

"They they not modified the app when they ran out of certain food items, so many things were out of stock. (Salads in particular, which we had 2 of. My Dasher did call to offer fries as a substitute for 2 items, a drink they were out of and then another food item... My autistic young son was okay with his one beverage substitution, but they got the other 3 things wrong. I found out AFTER the food arrived that there were other things available that would have been okay for us... Also, the items Arby apos;s substituted cost much less than the items we received as substitutions. My son wound up not liking the 2 turkey sliders they put in our bag in place of the 2 salads. ALSO: The app showed our dasher was 1-2min away on the app map from delivering our food, but they must have been dashing multiple orders. Instead of dropping off our meal first, they went PASTour house and delivered a different person apos;s meal that added 14-15min on to the order when they were literally 2 blocks from our house. This resulted in the food we did receive not only being wrong for half of it, but it was stone cold hard when we did finally get to try it. My autistic young son was so very distraught I was unable to call for a refund because he was crying hard. I myself have had a brain aneurysm after my husband died suddenly a couple years ago, soI was not able to go to the restaurant to get the correct items... overall, it was an atrocious evening. I always try to be encouraging and positive in my reviews, but last night was disastrous; we LOST money and food, and the app wouldn apos;t let me conta t the store because too much time had passed away when my son was distraught... I wish Arby apos;s would make this right..."
