"Delicious food, worth it fresh pastries, varieties of drinks, and warm soups . And I like how they lay out the place with their tables, lights and different order option. They have take out, dine-in, rapid pick up and waiting time is around 10 minutes at least. Today was a bit packed, but it was alright"

"first I love carrabbas experience here was not the same as many others in many different states where I was. wait for a table for 2 was 20min by 15 o'clock. (they seemed very underoccupied, even tho there were two greetings and a third person who always came back to the front...and the fact that tgere were many open tables) we ordered shimpr 40-45min later the food was delivered. the sampi was cold and overboiled, the roasted brot was cold. the side of the spaghetti was hot. did not get the spade, but we kept the brokkoli because of the time we waited. extra mushrooms were no show. we asked, and they brought mushrooms with sauce. the ceramic dish was hot, the mushrooms were cold. so they brought more mushrooms in a container that was microwaves. I gave 3 stars because the waiter was great, apologized and cared for the best he could. I also understand that it will be substantiated and maybe some inexperienced employees/cooks... fortunately, these carrabba’s will turn around and deliver a better quality eating like most others I go."

"I am a big fan of Chick-fil-A, but I am currently waiting in the drive-thru line and have been since 8:34pm. It is now 9:06pm and I have just placed my order. I am stuck behind a late model black Honda Civic that is causing the delay. I have never experienced such a long wait at any other Chick-fil-A location. Despite this inconvenience, I will still give this restaurant 5 stars because I believe it is the fault of the woman in the Honda Civic, not the staff. Just needed to vent about this minor first world problem."

"I accidentally placed an order using the app for this restaurant location in Chattanooga while on a work trip. It took 15 minutes in the drive-thru to receive my order, as there were no workers outside assisting with breakfast or lunch orders. The management at this location definitely needs to be changed, as my experience was solely based on their parking situation. This was my second catering order of the day from this location, and breakfast went smoothly. However, when I arrived to pick up my lunch catering order, I found the entire parking lot blocked off with orange cones, except for two spots designated for pick-up orders. With no other parking available, I had to park on the side of a curb. After waiting inside for about 10 minutes along with other customers waiting for their orders, I brought my food outside to my car. A worker then made a passive-aggressive comment about me blocking the area, despite there being no other parking available. I explained the situation, but the worker seemed unconcerned and questioned if there were still two cars in the pick-up spots. I do not understand how a busy restaurant like Chick-fil-A in this area can justify having only two available parking spots for pick-up orders. I do not recommend this location for pick-up orders."
