"This is my local Taco Time, but in the past 6 months it's been going downhill. Every single order I've placed (once a week, $40 has been missing items. It's not because there are new kids, as there are older adults there who've been working there for years, they just don't seem to care. I've tried placing online orders and just ordering through drive through. They ALWAYS fail to put multiple items in my order. Missing Mexifries, drinks, utensils and napkins, crustos, hot sauce, etc. Every single time. It's soooo frustrating. The first time I ordered here the food was soooo good. The second time I ordered we were very disappointed. I ordered something through drive through. The guy who took my order keyed in something totally different than what I said it is also my fault that I didn’t check the screen) then when I arrived to the window and the staff was talking and taking forever to finish the order. I didn’t have time to check my order cause there were a million cars behind me waiting. So when I arrived home noticed the order was wrong and the quality given was poor . Very disappointed with not having the consistency
