"They say that you never forget people who were good to you... And when I walked into the door... right away I remembered the waitress at the front desk from somewhere... She led me to my seat where another friendly waitress took my order and made me laugh about something... And before I knew it... my meal was ready... Now these were HUGE PANCAKES... BIG AS THE PLATE... And I never seen Sausage that BIG before... Along with Crispy Hashbrowns... and Eggs cooked to order... THIS MEAL WILL FILL YOU UP... And finally... I found out that I DID KNOW THE PEOPLE WHO WORKED THERE... They used to serve me when I was sick a long time ago at MOTHER'S RESTAURANT in Aurora IL... I remembered the dark hair...

Nice decor, open feel but table was private and not too noisy. Food was okay but nothing wowed and when asked for light toast and hash browns they came burnt and too dark for my taste. Overall would only go back to try lunch menu. Was huge variety on menu, just nothing fabulous. We had the steak eggs, biscuits gravy, and classic breakfast platter with homemade sausage patties. Shared beignets as a starter. The beignets were eh but came with 3 dipping sauces which improved the dish.

Our food was very good. Good portions for a good price. Everything had a great taste for us. Only thing we didn't like was our waiter. He was kinda young maybe new? We asked about drink prices that were on a separate menu (which didn't have anything priced). He gave us both wrong prices that was on our bill. He also never checked with us about how the food was. He took a longer time with giving us the bill. I'm not a fan of getting soup delivered with the meal either. You eat the soup the meal gets cold. Regardless, we will return.

First time in, arrived around 10am on a Saturday and the place was busy but not crowded. We were greeted and seated right away. Beautiful restaurant, light and inviting. Clean. Tables were not too close together. Our server wasn 't very personable, but did his job well and our food was hot, fresh, fast, exactly as ordered and delicious. Huge portion sizes...we all took leftovers home. Husband had a skillet and pancakes and said both were excellent. I had the princess which was a beautiful mix of hashbrowns, homemade biscuit, fried chicken breast, cheesy eggs and sausage gravy. (It was outstanding! Our only complaint was that the coffee was pretty lackluster and watery. (But we like our coffe...

"Excellent choice for that special dinner, and even better for the not so special ones. In fact, it will make those even more memorable. Very nice bar area, wonderful wine selection and hundreds of whiskeys to choose from. Niche does a great job of providing an upscale dining experience in a casual setting. Nothing is over the top, except the food. Service is timely and friendly. Appetizers were very nice, in using the Niche burger which almost makes a meal. The halibut and seared lamb entrees were perfect. Niche is centrally located, worth the walk if you're staying in town. You won't be sorry you tried it."

"We were a group of 6 celebrating birthdays. None of us had ever been to Wildwood before, and we had an amazing experience. The food was fantastic; everyone enjoyed their meals. The service was excellent, although our server was quite busy and the pace was a bit slow at times, she kept us informed about our order. Overall, we had no complaints. I will definitely be returning. Thank you, Wildwood, for a lovely celebration!"

"Very satisfied with our experience here. First, the service was good and you can tell all the staff are pros. Nick is such a sweetheart and truly loved what he was doing (and he said the owners treat him well which is always great to hear). The food was fantastic! Definitely a top steak house in our opinion. The filet was so incredibly tender, well seasoned, and perfectly cooked. Honestly, top 1 or 2 steaks I've ever had. The garlic mashed potatoes are so buttery and yummy! Drink menu had many great selections. We had the cherry amaretto cheesecake and it was a true, homemade from the heart, delicious cheesecake. Our new go-to steak house!"

"This is a small family run business. They have renovated a house and made it in to a restaurant. Love the small, family run feel. Have had several outstanding meals from here. The pasta this last time was amazing, just had lots of leftovers! Can't wait to go back."

"The tacos were unbeatable! I tried the Camote al Pastor (sweet potato sauteed with pineapple morita salsa, onion, cilantro, pepitas, vegan avocado crema and corn tortilla) and Esquites (roasted zucchini with poblano corn, vegan avocado crema, sweet potato crisps and corn tortilla), and both were equally delicious with a generous amount of toppings. The prices on the in-person menu were higher than the online menu, so an FYI. It's also a little hard to find; you have to go up the stairs on the side of the building (we went to the Mexican restaurant next door at first, confused). The outdoor patio is also adjacent to a parking lot, and the chair seating for the patio tables was oddly too high for the table, so the two of us sitting on the sofa seating were looking up at our friend sitting in the chair (it was a little awkward). The service was a bit off the evening we dined here, though. Our waitress was very nice but seemed a bit shy and VERY slow and a little sloppy despite there being just one other table dining when we were there."
